Custom and personalized orders
Custom sizing or personalization info goes in the "Add a note to 3pooches" box in your shopping cart. This information can also be sent via convo or email. Please make sure and read through the full Item Details (on the mobile app, you must click on Item Details to get the information to show up) section of any personalized collar listing as it includes important info regarding sizing, personalization placement, font choice, color choice, etc. Any questions at all, just contact me via convo or direct email! I am happy to offer guidance or answer questions on any of those aspects. Please note that putting a question in the Message box in the shopping cart is not always seen, so if you have a specific question, please contact me directly.
Sizing details
Our sizes are based on actual neck sizes. For example, if your adult dog has a 16 inch neck and you order a Large (16-25 inch), the collar will be mostly doubled over when it is adjusted to fit your pup. The Medium (13-20 inch) would be a more appropriate size. Please check the "appropriate widths" photo on any listing if you are unsure what width will be best for your pup. Any questions at all, just contact me via convo or direct email.
Care instructions
Items can be washed in the washing machine in a lingerie bag or pillowcase, on delicate with non-bleach detergent. Hang flat to dry and towel-dry any metal parts. Rinse with fresh water after any salt, lake, or rain water use and towel dry metal parts. It is also prudent to allow pups to play "naked," (collar-free) as nails and teeth can damage even the toughest of fabrics. These tips will help to keep your items looking spiffy! Consumer assumes all responsibility for determining which collar is suitable for their situation and also for inspecting their collar frequently for wear and tear. When you place your order, you acknowledge that you accept all responsibility while using 3 Pooches products. Items are not intended for tie-out use.

We have exclusive designs we made ourselves and we do offer that option to buyers from to time, so just contact us! During busy times, we do not accept custom designs, so don't wait until the month before Christmas to design the perfect gift!
I need my order in 3 days. Can you get it to me?
That depends on what time of day your order comes in and if you do need it within a couple of days of purchase, please contact us first to ensure we can meet your arrival needs. With our small rush fee, we can ship orders within 2-3 business days of purchase via your chosen method of shipping (USPS First Class, Priority, or Express or UPS Ground). To add the rush to your order, just choose one of the rush options under "Shipping" in the shopping cart. Please note that USPS Express Mail is the only shipping method with a money-back guaranteed delivery.
What kinds of items do you make?
For dogs, we make quick release buckle collars, martingales (with or without buckles), chain martingales (with or without buckles), roman harnesses, step in harnesses, no-pull Dual Walker™ harnesses, leashes, and prong collar covers. Martingales can come with an additional D ring for tags on the side, by request. All dog items are available in any of our design choices and with or without personalization or laser engraved buckles. For cats, we make breakaway collars, with or without personalization.
